We're pleased to announce that we have partnered with Docusign to support e-contracting. As a result, you can now opt to have contract paperwork delivered to your customers electronically.

Why would you want to do that? Many reasons. Here are a few:

• Docusign gives you greater visibility of the process.
  Docusign tracks when your customer opens the notification email and views the contract, giving you better insight into when and how to follow up.
• Contract delivery is instantaneous.
  With e-contracting, customers don’t have to wait for delivery of paper copies and you don’t have to wait for the return of originals. A deal can be signed and completed in minutes.
• Electronic contracts are always clean and readable.
  How many times have you received a faxed contract that is completely illegible? With Docusign, the executed contract is as crisp and readable as the original, eliminating order rejections due to poor document quality.
• Docusign’s platform is safe, secure, and legally binding.
  The Docusign system has a number of certifications and warrants compliance with the federal ESIGN and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Acts.

The Docusign system is very simple. Your customer will receive an email inviting them to go online to review and sign their contract package. In the Docusign portal, they can send the contract to someone else for signature or download a PDF for review. Once they sign, we’re notified by email and submit the contract to the carrier.

 
It’s easy to get started with Docusign. The next time you request contracts for a closed opportunity with one of the carriers listed below, just let us know that you want to deliver the contracts via Docusign. We simply need the full name and email address of the signer. You will be CC’ed on the contract package and will be notified when it is complete. It’s that simple.
